These Terms & Conditions govern use of marqueeedmnights.com and purchases from its digital music shop, operated by Marquee EDM Nights LLC (“Marquee,” “we,” “us”). Please read them together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent through our contact page.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate order and contact information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices are shown in US dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise. The product price and any applicable taxes or charges are displayed before you place an order. Music downloads are one-time purchases unless a product expressly states otherwise; purchasing a track does not start a subscription.

Marquee is the seller for purchases completed through this shop and receives the payments. Payments are processed through the payment providers offered at checkout. A pending or failed payment does not grant download access. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, an unavailable product, or a clear pricing error; if payment was collected for a canceled order, we will refund it. We will not substitute a higher price without your agreement.

Digital delivery and compatibility

Products are digital downloads, not CDs, vinyl, or shipped merchandise. After successful payment, download access is provided through the order confirmation and, where applicable, the order email and your account’s Downloads area. Check your email address and spam folder. Contact us if your download is missing or fails.

Product pages identify the files and formats included. You need a compatible device or music player, internet access, and enough storage. Any download limit or expiry is shown with the product or download information. Save a backup of your purchased files; we do not promise permanent online storage or unlimited replacement downloads.

Music rights and permitted use

A purchase gives you a non-exclusive license to download and use the supplied music for personal listening. You may keep personal backup copies. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with their owners. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share download links, or claim authorship of the music or artwork.

A purchase does not by itself grant synchronization, sampling, remix, reproduction, public-performance, broadcast, or other commercial-use rights. Contact Marquee about any separately authorized use. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by applicable law.

Refunds and order support

Our Refund Policy explains cancellation before download, the general change-of-mind restriction after download, and help for duplicate charges, missing files, incorrect products, or defects. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Please contact us with your order number and issue so we can help; this does not restrict your rights to contact your bank or payment provider.

Accounts and responsible use

Keep your account login and download links private. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized account use. Do not misuse the site, interfere with checkout or security, access another customer’s information, or submit fraudulent orders. We may restrict access to address misuse, while preserving rights relating to legitimate purchases and any remedies required by law.

Website information and outside services

We aim to keep product descriptions and website information accurate. We may correct errors and update future listings. Material changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an accepted purchase. Links to streaming services, social networks, ticket sellers, and other websites are subject to those services’ own terms. Event bookings, tickets, and artist agreements are not included in a music-download purchase.

Availability, liability, and consumer rights

We take reasonable care in operating the site but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory refund, warranty, cancellation, or other consumer rights. These terms are interpreted under applicable law; any mandatory protections that apply where you live remain in effect.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future site use and orders by publishing a revised effective date. The terms in effect when you order govern that purchase, subject to applicable law. For order assistance, licensing questions, or concerns about these terms, use our contact page.
